For several years of great efforts, EULIKIND (Tianjin) has entered a time of favorable operation conditions, as its number of management posts have expanded twice compared with the last years. Considering the qualifications of employees and modular operations, with the support of leaders of the headquarters, the HR Department organized a workshop titled “Five Core Tools” at the training room in building 3 on September 11 and 12. Ms. Yang Naiqin served at the trainer, and Mr. Huo was present at the workshop. 25 enthusiastic trainees came from the Quality Control Department, the Technical Department, the Production Department, and the Purchase Department. Through the thorough participation and attentive learning by the trainees, we have modified and optimized APQP flow, “Standard Factors of FMEA Severity, Occurrence, Detection and Risk Factor”, “PFMEA (Guodian Nacelle Covers)”, “Process Control Plan for Guodian Nacelle Covers” and optimized PPAP submissions. This measure effectively safeguards our product quality in the future.
